Degree in Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (ETSAB UPC), 1977, and a Ph.D. from the same university, 1985. Full Professor of Urbanism at the School of Engineering and Architecture of the University of Zaragoza. Previously, he was a professor at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (1980-2005). Head of the T44_17R PUPC Reference Research Group (Urban Landscapes and Contemporary Projects) at the University of Zaragoza. Several publications on Urban Planning and Urban Design theories and strategies; among the most recent: Díez Medina, C., Monclús, J. (eds.), Urban Visions.
