Martin Søberg, PhD, is Associate Professor in architectural theory, artistic research and poetics. Trained as an art historian at the University of Copenhagen, DK, he holds a PhD in architecture from the Royal Danish Academy’s School of Architecture, Copenhagen, DK, and specialises in 20th and 21st century architecture and its visual representations, media and poetics. Visiting Scholar at the Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation, Columbia University (2011). President of the Danish Association of Art Historians and member of the board of Docomomo Denmark.
