Phoebus Panigyrakis is a Greek architect based in Rotterdam. He works as tenured lecturer-researcher at the HZ University of Applied Sciences, and as guest-lecturer at TU Delft and Fontys Academy. His PhD dissertation dealt with the history of the architectural periodical Architectural Record between 1942 and 1967. He holds a professional degree from the University of Patras (2014) and a doctoral degree from TU Delft (2020) and has been awarded grants and scholarships from the Andrew Mellon Foundation, CCA, Creative Funds NL and Limmat Foundation.
