Marco Boffi, Ph.D., psychologist, his research focuses on the relationship between environment, individual wellbeing, and collective quality of life. His interests are about the assessment of wellbeing to support the transition towards environmental and psychological sustainability. Since 2019 he collaborates with ENEA - Energy Efficiency Unit Department as researcher and policy advisor for promoting domestic sustainable behaviors. During two European Projects “AR4CUP” (2019, 2020) he developed the app CitySense for participatory urban planning, that provides designers with psychological assessment of individual architectural experiences and community needs. He contributed to the co-design of a public healing garden in the CARIPLO project “Green age. Green space for active living: older adults’ perspectives” (2019-21). He was involved in the European Project “Start the Change!” (2017-20), to analyze the impact of MDG training courses. He was part of the European Project “Sharing Cities” (2016-17) for the co-design methodology and the assessment of attitudes towards sustainability promoted by sharing economy and smart city initiatives. He was involved in the European Project “A Possible World” (2013-15), to analyze the impact of awareness initiatives about sustainability.
